If you find a lower price on an identical item at a competitor's store or website, we will match the price. To be eligible for our price match policy, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be identical in brand, model, and specification to the one we sell.
- The product must be in stock and available for purchase at the competitor's store or website.
- The competitor's price must be publicly advertised and verifiable at the time of purchase.
- The product must not be on clearance, closeout, or liquidation sale.
- The competitor must be a UK-based retailer or website.
To request a price match, simply contact our customer service team with the details. We will verify the price and, if eligible, match it for you.
Please note that we reserve the right to decline a price match request if the above conditions are not met or if we believe the price is not genuine. Our price match policy cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions and you must purchase the product within 48 hours of us confirming the price match
