Black Project Demo Day - Sunday 4th May
Feel first-hand the impact a quality paddle can have on your paddling at our FREE Black Project SUP Paddle Demo Day. Hosted at Covenham Sailing Club, this event is perfect whether you're into competitive racing or relaxed touring.
The demo day offers two tailored sessions: one focused on racing, showcasing the high-performance Black Project SynergyX, and another dedicated to touring and recreational paddles like the Black Project TempoX and Lava. Each session kicks off with an insightful talk from Black Project founder Chris Freeman, who will share his expertise and answer your questions.
After the introduction, you'll head out on the water for hands-on paddle demos. This is your chance to test different paddles and blade sizes, discover the feel of premium equipment, and get personal advice from our team.
Spaces are limited to ensure personalised attention, so booking your spot is essential. Upon registration, we'll send a short survey to help us make sure that we have the best possible selection of paddles that match your paddling style and needs.
Sessions last approximately three hours. Arrive a bit early to sign in and get ready to go on the water. We recommend bringing your own board, but hire boards will be available if needed (contact us to reserve yours). Changing and shower facilities are provided.

Event Booking Terms & Conditions – Refundable Deposit
To help us manage attendance and ensure fair access to our limited spaces, we require a £10 refundable deposit to secure your place at this free event.
How it works:

Your deposit will be paid securely through our website at the time of booking.

The full £10 will be refunded to the original payment method on the day of the event. (This may take 5 - 14 days to show depending on the speed of your bank).

If you do not attend or cancel with less than 48 hours notice, your deposit may be retained to cover administration and prevent missed opportunities for others.
